Hi, my name is Fatwah Diniaty, usually my friends call me Wawa. If I write my impressions while working or being an employee blah blah blah… I think it’s already mainstream. So, I want to share my joy and sorrow at Ecomobi. One word that describes working at Ecomobi is ENJOY!
The first time I joined Ecomobi was in 2022. The office is in one of the malls in West Jakarta. A small coworking space office, where if you want to get a drink, you have to queue and even run out of water. But the good thing about having an office in the Mall, you don’t need to go far to eat, because there are already tons of places to eat in front of your eyes that you just have to point it and “hap!… you eat it! as long as you have enough money hehe.
Time passed, the office finally moved to a space that was 5x larger than the old office. Here, my friends and I built the office atmosphere as comfortable as possible. Because, this will be my second home after my own home. The difference is, in my own home I take care of my family, in the office I take care of my work, so that the company can still pay my salary and the other employees.
The bittersweet of working at Ecomobi, yes I’ve definitely felt that. But mostly the joys. There are downsides, but they are like spices in a household to make it more romantic. That is when the “WAR Time”, and forced to reduce the number of headcount. There was sadness, there was fear. Some colleagues even chose to resign.
Lost a lot of teammates, from 8 SSD team members to now only 3 left. I was down and sad, but I thought of ways to get up. Until finally in Q3/2023 we successfully brought the publisher team, which revived affiliate revenue at Ecomobi, and got the “Champion of Committed Objective” award.
As I said earlier, sorrow is the spice of life, which if retold will become a precious memory. So this is the reason why at the beginning I described ecomobi with the word “Enjoy”, because I enjoy every moment with Ecomobi.
- Ecomobi is a company that appreciates every effort made by its employees with appropriate benefits
- Ecomobi supports its employees to develop their skills and knowledge by organizing training, even if you want to join the training yourself, Ecomobi has a budget for that.
- Supportive work environment. The friends in the office are very exciting and fun. There is no such thing as toxic coworkers. Snacks are also provided by the office (while working at Ecomobi, I think I’ve gained 4kg LOL).
- Being able to take a comfortable nap during break time is a blessing that you may not find in other offices.
- Team building, domestic trips, and international trips, all those trips make the stress disappear. The mind is fresh, the work is done, haha.
Hopefully Ecomobi can continue to be a supportive company, be more successful. So, my friends and I can continue to contribute to building a much bigger Ecomobi ecosystem.
