Starting my journey as a Social Seller Optimizer at Ecomobi has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, the PH team and my coworkers have been exceptionally supportive, making the transition smooth and enjoyable. Their willingness to help and constant encouragement have fostered a positive work environment where everyone is motivated to perform at their best. Despite being new, I have felt welcomed and valued, which has significantly boosted my confidence and eagerness to contribute to the team’s success.
One of the highlights of my early days at Ecomobi was meeting the CEO. His approachable and down-to-earth demeanor immediately put me at ease. He is not only knowledgeable about the industry but also genuinely interested in each employee’s growth and development. This interaction left a lasting impression on me, reinforcing my belief that I had joined a company that values its people as much as its business. Learning from someone with such expertise and humility has been inspiring, and I look forward to many more opportunities to gain insights from him.
Additionally, I had the privilege of meeting some of Ecomobi’s top creators during a delightful dinner. This gathering was not only a chance to share experiences and advice but also to discuss strategies for maximizing their commissions. It was exciting to introduce them to our upcoming affiliate partnership with TikTok Shop, which promises to open new avenues for growth and success.
Despite being a newcomer, I have already learned so much and I am eager to continue growing within this dynamic and supportive environment. I am optimistic about the future and look forward to surpassing my own expectations in this role.
