- Daily Meeting là gì?
Daily Meeting được xuất phát và cải biến từ Daily Scrum. Các daily meeting thường kéo dài từ 15 tới 30 phút, báo cáo những gì quan trọng nhất theo đúng format theo team quy định. Người điều hành thường là Leader hoặc PM để có thể kiểm soát thời gian, tránh buổi Daily bị đưa đi quá xa vấn đề.
- Daily Meeting thế nào cho hiệu quả
Trong thời gian Daily chỉ cần báo cáo tình hình tổng quan về tiến độ và công việc, có phát sinh vấn đề gì của từng thành viên trong team và càng ngắn gọn thì càng tốt vì có những team rất nhiều người.
Nói vậy chứ ngày nào cũng làm đi làm lại một việc thì cũng chán nên anh em có thể dành 1 2 phút nói chuyện phiếm về cuộc sống hay một sự kiện nào mới xảy ra trước khi bắt đầu cũng được.
Để buổi Daily được suôn sẻ thì anh em nên dành thời gian trước đó như lúc hết giờ làm việc hoặc tối hôm trước để có thể note lại những thứ cần hỏi và bàn luận.
Một buổi Daily không nên kéo dài quá lâu, thường là duy trì từ 10 đến 20 phút.

– Bỏ Daily (Of Course)
– Không chuẩn bị trước câu hỏi dẫn đến mất quá nhiều thời gian để trình bày
– Daily quá lâu, thường trên 35p -> dễ gây mệt mỏi cho các thành viên trong team
