Ngày cuối năm, tôi ngồi đọc lại những câu trích dẫn về marketing mà mình yêu thích nhất, như một cách nhắc nhở bản thân rằng con đường phía trước còn rất dài. Đơn giản bởi vì, dù marketing có hoa mỹ đến đâu, nó vẫn phải có mục đích rõ ràng và phải đo lường được hiệu quả, cụ thể là SALES. Nếu marketing không tạo được ảnh hưởng cuối cùng đến sales, đó chính là thất bại của marketing.
Tất cả ý tưởng marketing, dù bay bổng thế nào, cũng cần bắt nguồn từ việc cải thiện doanh số.
