In the Episode of : Kicking Out my Working Trauma & How do I Perceived My 3,5 Journey

What Happened?

Well I was a freshman in my previous workplace (sshhh do not mention it!), I was clueless, compelled to be super-duper fast learner and unimaginably multitasker in a short period. Lots of pressure to this innocent girl back then which leaving various unexpected bad memories in her subconscious. After 1 year of service, I decided to out from this particular office and did not want to do office work anymore (what a novice lol).

The Brighter Side Appear

After decided to vacuum for around 1 year, I was referred by my leader Rayna Tambunan to work along in Ecomobi (wow is this the right time to come back?), fortunately all the recruitment process went well and I was hired immediately, and now I could not thank more because this is one of the rightest decision.

The Journey

I once was assigned to be one of SSD Team, and also did 1 month trial to be one and only Marketing Team in Indonesia, but after I passed my probation, my path was redirected to SSO Team, and I am so grateful to be in this working field. For almost 2 years I handled KOL, from only mass KOL, to top KOL, then another 8 months assigned to manage both mass and top publishers, and finally starting this 2024 I was having this privilege to handle new category : Pub Ads.

The journey was not as easy as flipping our hand, in my 3,5 years of service I (and we are all) got through a lot of ups and downs, from changing some features in our system, layoff, issues from advertiser and publishers, more competition with our competitor, and many more. But we managed to stand up again (cheers).

Not only our company that always come back from its near-death experience, I was resurrected from my traumatic working experience in my previous workplace. Ecomobi heals me in so many aspect. I have reasonable work-load and benefits, given my own learning process and period so I will not ended up traumatized (lol), comfortable workplace, having clear & certain job description and responsibilities that match with my capabilities and scope of development, provided entertainment program frequently with the team which always refresh us, abundant amount of office snacks (one of the best part!), and last but not least I am so glad having a very supportive team, not only my internal team but most of my cross-division mate are very supportive, family-like, and I feel no boundaries (in a respectful way) with all team member.

Ecomobi proof that not all company giving you trauma, but it also able to heals you from it.
